- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)

✏️ The Role

As an SEN Primary Teacher, you will deliver creative, tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of your pupils while fostering a safe, engaging learning environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons aligned with individual learning needs
- Create a positive, structured classroom environment that supports behaviour and engagement
- Work closely with teaching assistants and specialist staff
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
- Support pupils' emotional wellbeing alongside their academic development

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (essential)
- Experience working with primary-aged pupils, ideally within an SEN setting
- Understanding of ASC, SEMH, or communication needs
- A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A genuine passion for inclusive education
