Heatseal Insulation Limited is expanding and looking for experienced Telesales Executives to join our successful and friendly team in Telford.
This role is focused on customer engagement and appointment setting. You will be speaking with customers about our insulation services and booking free home survey appointments for our field representatives.
The Role:
* Making outbound calls to customers
* Building rapport and creating interest in our services
* Booking appointments for free home surveys
* Maintaining accurate customer records
* Working towards individual and team targets
* Delivering excellent customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous telesales or telemarketing experience essential
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Confident, motivated, and target-driven attitude
* Professional and friendly telephone manner
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced office environment
What We Offer:
* Full Time, Permanent Position
* Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
* £12.71 per hour
